THE FOUNDATION BOARD of TRUSTEES is ORGANIZED to SOLICIT and ACCEPT GIFTS IN SUPPORT of BENTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS and YOUTH ACTIVITIES; and to MANAGE, INVEST and ACCOUNT for THE ASSETS of THE FOUNDATION. THE CORPORATION PURPOSES WILL BE CARRIED ON for THE BENEFIT of THE BENTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS.
