People Come In to Improve Their Fitness and Health, and Before They Know It, They Have Become Part of A Community of People Who Share Something So Personal That The Bond They Create is Unmatched. and With That Community and Understanding, The Shame and Guilt Associated With Recovery and Substance Abuse Loses Its Power. They Open Up to Me, and Then to Each Other, and A Support Network is Formed. and That Network is Growing By The Day.
