THE PURPOSES of THE ORGANIZATION ARE to ADVOCATE for and to PROVIDE ASSISTANCE and HAND UP SUPPORT SERVICES, DIRECTLY or THROUGH COMMUNITY PARTNERS, to THE MOST VULNERABLE POPULATION, ESPECIALLY IMMIGRANTS and REFUGEES, SUCH SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION, BASIC NEEDS PROCUREMENT, HOUSING SUPPORT, EDUCATION, JOB and SKILL TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT and ACCESS to MEDICAL SERVICES, LEGAL AID, FINANCIAL SYSTEMS and GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL ALSO SUPPORT and PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, CONSERVATION, SUSTAINABILITY and RECYCLING PROGRAMS and to ENGAGE IN and CARRY ON ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES PERMITTED to A CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER CHAPTER 180 of THE MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS, BUT ONLY to THE EXTENT THAT SUCH ACTIVITIES SHALL NOT PRECLUDE THE CLASSIFIC
