PHASE ONE of THE INITIATIVE WAS A COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT CONDUCTED BY CRESCENDO CONSULTANT GROUP to ASSESS and UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS and CHALLENGES FACED BY TAYLOR RESIDENTS and IDENTIFY SERVICE GAPS and AREAS REQUIRING ATTENTION. PHASE 2 of THE INITIATIVE WILL KICK OFF IN 2024 WITH THE EMPHASIZE ON COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT and COLLECTIVE PROBLEM-SOLVING.. THE FINAL PHASE WILL KICK OFF IN 2025 and INVOLVES A GRANT-MAKING PROCESS for LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS and INITIATIVES THAT ADDRESS THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS ENSURING THAT RESOURCES ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS IMPACTFUL PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY..GOALS and IMPACT:1) ADDRESSING SERVICE GAPS: BY IDENTIFYING and ADDRESSING GAPS IN SERVICES, THE INITIATIVE AIMS to IMPROVE THE OVERALL WELL-BEING of TAYLOR RESIDENTS.2) ENHANCING QUALITY of LIFE: THE INITIATIVE FOCUSES ON CREATING A BETTER LIVING ENVIRONMENT THROUGH TARGETED INTERVENTIONS and SUPPORT.
