THE ORGANIZATION MAY ALSO CONDUCT and DISSEMINATE RESEARCH, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, and RESOURCES to PROMOTE BEST PRACTICES IN OPEN-SOURCE DEVELOPMENT, COLLABORATION, and DIGITAL LITERACY.
