OPERATIONS - ESTABLISH OFFICE. 2021 Was A Transitional Year. We Completed Aid and Services to Families and Children Carried Over From 2020. We Determined That We Cannot Meet Our Primary Goals If All of Our Funds Go to Emergency Services So We Have Terminated That On The Scale We Were Providing. Instead, We Have Referred Needy Clients to Other Agency (we Help With That) and Only Provide Small, Very Short Term Emergency Services. Going Forward, We Have Established An Office for Volunteers to Develop Training Materials and Programs (which Are Our Primary Goals) As Well As Meet With Clients In A Private Space. The Office Includes A Front Office and An Adjoining Storage Space Accessible From The Office That We Have Converted Into A Work Room/file Room/storage Room. Utilities Are Included In The Rent. Both Spaces Have Been Renovated, Equipment Procured, Furniture and Equipment Delivered and Set Up, and Initial Office Supplies Acquired. Going Forward, The Routine Monthly Cost of The Space, In
