The Leadership Collective 2025 Run By The 360Plus Foundation Was A Fully Funded Global Leadership Program for High School Students Ages 16 to 19 Focused On Building Critical Thinking Cross-cultural Understanding and Action-oriented Leadership. The Program Began With A Virtual Learning Phase In May 2025 and Culminated In A Three-week On-ground Experience Across India Including Delhi Gujarat Karnataka and Mumbai. Centered On The Theme of Climate Citizenship The Cohort Brought Together 34 Students From The United States India Ghana South Africa France and Bhutan. Participants Engaged In Community Visits Workshops and Cultural Exchanges Following A Study Serve Share Approach That Emphasized Experiential Learning.
