THIS EFFORT is COMPLETED for ALL GROUNDWATER USERS THAT ARE ELECTORS of OUR GROUNDWATER DISTRICT INCLUDING IRRIGATORS, MUNICIPALITIES and INDUSTRIAL WATER USERS.
