We Are Very Proud of The Work That We Completed In 2024 to Help Individuals With Developmental Disabilities Grow In The Areas of Life Skills, Social Skills, Functional Academics, Communication, and So Much More! We Took Individuals Into The Community to Help Facilitate Them Being Accepted, Included, Contributing Members of Society. The Adults We Serve Have Been Able, Throughout This Year, to Make Meaningful and Engaging Connections With Friends and Community Members, Which Would Not Have Been Possible Without The Knowledge, Experience, and Resources of Our Volunteers. We Are Working to Help Individuals Meet Personal Goals for Lifelong Learning As Well As Dreams. This Year, We Got A Little More Into Making Art In Order to Express Ourselves and We Were Intentional About Helping Our Friends Get Into Nature In Various Places and Forms, Putting A Focus On Mental As Well As Physical Health. We Also Began The Process of Creating A Beautiful Outdoor Space for The Individuals That We Serve to E
