HARBOR HIT DOGS

EIN 81-3575105 · Baseball & Softball (N63)

What they do

THE HARBOR HIT DOGS WAS CREATED to TEACH OUR YOUTH LIFE LESSONS WITHIN THE FUN and EXCITING GAME of BASEBALL. OUR PLAYERS WILL LEARN MANY LIFE SKILLS BY PLAYING and COMPETING, WHICH WILL TRANSLATE INTO POSITIVE SKILLS THEY WILL USE IN ALL ASPECTS of THEIR LIVES. WE ARE COMMITTED to TEACHING OUR PLAYERS to LEARN and LOVE THE GAME, and to PROVIDE THEM WITH POSITIVE ROLE MODELS and QUALITY INSTRUCTION IN A FUN ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL AID IN THE SOCIALIZATION PROCESS and EMPOWER PLAYERS to BECOME GOOD, SOLID, PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS, FUTURE SPOUSES, PARENTS, and CONTRIBUTORS to SOCIETY. AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, WE WILL BE ABLE to INCLUDE PLAYERS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT BE ABLE to AFFORD to PLAY BASEBALL.

This record may have an IRS status problem. Do not give until you verify it.

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Ask these three easy questions

  1. Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
  2. What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
  3. Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.

Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
