THE HELPER ARTS, MUSIC and FILM FESTIVALS MISSION is to ENCOURAGE ART and CULTURE IN CARBON COUNTY, SUPPORT THE LOCAL ARTIST COMMUNITY, STIMULATE and ENRICH THE LOCAL ECONOMY THROUGH THE ARTS, and to EDUCATE and GIVE ACCESS to ART for EVERYONE, REGARDLESS of INCOME LEVEL or ART EXPERIENCE. THE HELPER ARTS FESTIVAL is DESIGNED to CELEBRATE ART and CULTURE WHICH COMBINES PERFORMANCE, ART MAKING, GALLERY STROLLS, DEMONSTRATIONS and MORE AT NO FEE to THE PATRONS. IT ALSO SERVES to INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES for LOCAL AREA GALLERIES and ARTISTS to SHARE THEIR ARTWORK WITH A BROADER AUDIENCE and DRIVE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY.
