COMMITTEES ARE FORMED IN SEVERAL AREAS of EDUCATION IN ORDER to PROMOTE BETTER ADMINISTRATION of THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN THAT AREA. THE ORGANIZATION PLANS SEMINARS to ADVANCE THE EDUCATION of ITS MEMBERS. FINALLY, THE ORGANIZATION ALLOWS for THE INTERACTION of COUNTY-WIDE ADMINISTRATORS to TRADE INFORMATION ON PROBLEM SOLVING WITHIN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM.
