GOVERNED BY A LOCAL BOARD of DIRECTORS, NDC is PARTNERING WITH LOCAL, STATE, and NATIONAL AGENCIES and ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS PRIVATE DEVELOPERS, to PROMOTE REDEVELOPMENT EFFORTS IN NEIGHBORHOODS.
