WILL BE ORGANIZED and OPERATED for THE PURPOSES of (A)INSTRUCTING or TRAINING INDIVIDUALS for THE PURPOSE of IMPROVING or DEVELOPING HIS/HER CAPABILITIES IN THE SPORT of BASEBALL, (B) FOSTERING NATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS COMPETITION, and (C) REDUCING JUVENILE DELINQUENCY BY PROVIDING EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES. FURTHERMORE, THE PURPOSES for WHICH CELTICS BASEBALL, INC. is ORGANIZED ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE and EDUCATIONAL WITHIN THE MEANING of SECTION 501(C)(3) of THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE of 1986 or THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION of ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW.
