What they do

We Served 160 Unduplicated Patients In FY 2022 for A Total of 218 Outpatient Encounters. In Addition, Through Our Close Working Partnership With Health Assist, A Grant-funded Program of Access East, We Provided Intensive Case Management Services to Our Patient Population, Including Medication Assistance (direct Purchase of Prescribed Medications), System Navigation, Health Coverage Counseling, and Access to A Wide Variety of Specialty Care Services. Through ECU Health Medical Centers Charity Care Program, We Were Also Able to Provide Hospital Care Services for All Patients Who Required Hospitalization. Also Through Our Health Assist Partnership, We Were Able to Find Ways for Our Patients to Access Needed Support Services Including Free Food, Transportation Services, and Counseling.
