THE NEW BOARD MEMBERS ARE WELL-EXPERIENCED IN THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION, WITH THEIR BACKGROUNDS IN EDUCATION, MEDICINE, AND MILITARY SERVICE. EXISTING PROGRAMS ARE BEING REVIEWED, AND NEW PROGRAMS ARE BEING DEVELOPED. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE BOARD AND THE STAFF AT THE CHILDRENS CENTER SUPPORTED BY SENECA HOUSE IS EXCELLENT, AND PROJECTS ARE BEING IDENTIFIED AND SUPPORTED. ORGANIZATIONAL ACCOUNTING AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE BEING IMPROVED. COMMUNITY SUPPORT IS NOW RECEIVING MUCH ATTENTION, AND WE EXPECT SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENTS IN THIS REGARD IN THE COMING MONTHS.
