SECOND, THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE FUNDS and SUPPLIES to OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER for SUCH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS to PROVIDE TREATMENT to THE INDIVIDUALS DESCRIBED ABOVE for THE MEDICAL CONDITIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
