FIRST FRIDAYS is A MONTHLY EVENT THAT PROMOTES DOWNTOWN BUSINESSES and EXPERIENCES BY PROVIDING A PLATFORM to CREATE UNIQUE EVENTS and SPECIALS. THE DOORS PROJECT is A PUBLIC ART INSTALLATION and PUBLIC SPACE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. THE PROJECT PROVIDES BETTER AESTHETICS and USABILITY to AN OTHERWISE VACANT LOT IN THE HEART of DOWNTOWN. THE SPACE INTERPRETS HISTORIC PROPERTIES THROUGHOUT THE CITY WHILE PROVIDING A GATHERING SPACE and A WELL-LIT WALKWAY to THE RESDIDENTS and VISITORS of WHEELING. THE COMMUNITY IMAGE PROGRAM PROVIDES A COHESIVE BRAND for DOWNTOWN WHEELING. THIS BRAND is USED to PROVIDE CONTINUITY to BANN
