LIVEKIND BRINGS THE POWER OF CANDID THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS TO VIDEO PRODUCED VIA A TECHNIQUE WE CALL VIDEO-MIRRORING. THE VIDEOS GIVE PERMISSION TO OTHERS TO EXPRESS SIMILAR FEELINGS AND ARE USED AS TOOLS TO FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS FOR AND BETWEEN PREVIOUSLY DISPARATE GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS. A UNIQUE GUIDED FACILITATION MODEL CALLED THE CIRCLE OF CONVERSATION ENGAGES PARTICIPANTS IN IN-DEPTH CONVERSATIONS ABOUT TRUST, AGGRESSION, FEAR, CHALLENGES, BIAS AND PERCEPTIONS. OUR COMMUNITY ACTION COMPONENT, OVER A ONE-YEAR PERIOD, ALLOWS COPS AND KIDS AND/OR KIDS IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO DEVELOP PROJECTS TOGETHER, FURTHER CEMENTING RELATIONSHIPS OVER TIME.
