WILMINGTON ROTARY CLUB PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS to AREA STUDENTS WHICH ARE DISTRIBUTED AT A ROTARY LUNCHEON HELD IN THE STUDENTS HONOR. PARENTS of SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS ARE INVITED to ATTEND. EACH MONTH WILMINGTON ROTARY HONORS 3 STUDENTS of THE MONTH AT THE NOON LUNCHEON. ONE STUDENT is RECOGNIZED FROM EACH THE LOCAL HIGH SCHOOLS. EACH STUDENT IT PRESENTED A NEW COLLEGIATE DICTIONARY. THE WILMINGTON ROTARY CLUB SUPPORTS THE CLINTON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS EFFORT to PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION SHOT for THE CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY. OUR SHOTS-FOR-TOTS PROGRAM SENDS 50 to THE PARENT of A CHILD THAT WAS IMMUNIZED DURING THE MONTH. THE PARENTS ARE SELECTED AT RANDOM EACH MONTH BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WILMINGTON ROTARY CLUB ALSO SUPPORTS THE TECUMSEH COUNCIL of THE BOY SCOUTS of AMERICA, PURCHASES DICTIONARIES for ALL of THE THIRD GRADERS IN THE COUNTY SCHOOLS, PROVIDES SUPPORT for THE HOLLIDAZZEL CHRISTMAS PARADE, and PROVIDES FUNDS for THE WENDYS THANKSGIVING DINNER for LOCAL RESIDENTS WHO AR
