ChildHope Network Shall Exist to Be An Advocate for At-risk Children In Latin America and The Caribbean. As Such, It Will Identify and Respond to The Needs of At-risk Children By Collaborating With Reputable Organizations Committed to A Common Vision of Providing Education and Assistance to Such Children.
