BRAVE BOX SUPPORT PROGRAM. In 2025, We Provided 539 Newly Diagnosed Children, and Their Families With Type 1 Diabetes At 5 Mid Western Childrens Hospitals and Beyond With Free Care Packages. We Partner With Diabetes Medical Teams to Bring Comfort and Support Items, Supplies, Educational Tools, Practical Needs and Resources Designed to Educate and Empower, Let Families Know They Are Not Alone and Prepare Them for Their Forever Fight Battling Type 1. Since We Began, Over 6,355 Boxes Have Been Delivered. Brave Boxes Are FREE to Kids/families and Have Tools Valued At Approximately $250 Ea; Over A Million Dollars In Products/tools In Total to Date. We Are Most Proud of The Emotional Support The Brave Boxes Contain. Physical Health and Emotional Health Are Connected and Supporting One, Supports The Other.
