IN ADDITION, PROVIDE PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, and WORKSHOPS for EMPLOYMENT TRAINING IN BASIC JOB SKILL for TEENAGED YOUTH and LOW and MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES and PERSONS and to ASSIST and CARRY OUT LOW and MODERATE INCOME HOUSING PROGRAMS BY SEEKING GRANTS, IMPROVING PROPERTIES for LOW INCOME HOUSING USE, and IMPROVING SERVICES SUCH AS GROCERY STORES, HEALTH CARE ACCESS IN LOW INCOME HOUSING COMMUNITIES and PROVIDE SERVICES to ADULT CARE FACILITIES SUCH AS GROCERY DELIVERY, HOME HEALTH AIDES, and RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS.
