BSCP ACCOMPLISHES THIS BY SPONSORING CONFERENCES and SEMINARS for STUDENTS, IN ADDITION to PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS to STUDENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN ESTABLISHED CRITERIA.
