INCORPORATED IN 1979, THE CTA REPRESENTS THE RESIDENTS OF THE COMMONWEALTH AND WASHINGTON STREET DEVELOPMENTS, BOTH PART OF THE BOSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY. THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE RESIDENTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND ARE ELECTED BY THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP. THE BOARD PLANS PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES BASED ON TENANT PRIORITIES.
